A Structured Route Through Digital Forensics

The Noviqentraxon curriculum brings Digital Forensics topics together within one connected learning route. Each tier develops a different part of the investigation process, beginning with evidence foundations and continuing through planning, file review, timeline analysis, evidence relationships, case reconstruction, and forensic reporting.

Learners can begin with introductory materials or select a later tier that matches their current knowledge. Every course contains organized modules, practical exercises, fictional investigation scenarios, worksheets, review activities, and a certificate of completion.

Begin with the language, purpose, and basic stages of Digital Forensics. This tier introduces common evidence sources, preservation principles, investigation notes, file review, simple timelines, and basic reporting.

Learn how to define investigation questions, establish review boundaries, identify relevant evidence sources, and prepare an initial examination plan. Activities introduce evidence records, scope decisions, and early timeline work.

Frame Set — Evidence Organization

Arrange files, devices, users, events, and records within a readable case structure. Learners practise classifying direct findings, supporting details, contextual information, and unresolved points.

Flux Bundle — File Activity and Event Sequence

Examine how digital information changes over time through file creation, modification, copying, movement, and deletion. This tier develops timestamp comparison, sequence review, and careful documentation of uncertain activity.

Flow Course — Investigation Workflow

Connect the separate stages of a forensic review within one organized process. Learners move from case scope and evidence identification through examination, comparison, review, and final reporting.

Halo Module — Multi-Source Evidence Review

Compare files, device information, user activity, communication records, and event details within one case. Learners identify agreements, conflicts, incomplete records, and source limitations.

Vertex Guide — Relationship Mapping

Explore how users, devices, files, locations, timestamps, and events may relate. The course introduces direct relationships, supporting connections, indirect associations, and unresolved links.

Luma Series — Extended Case Analysis

Work with larger fictional cases containing several evidence groups and overlapping event sequences. Learners divide investigations into manageable sections while maintaining consistent references and analytical notes.

Nexus Series — Connected Case Model

Bring investigation questions, evidence sources, entities, timelines, and findings into one central analytical model. This tier develops cross-referencing, evidence-path review, and connection-strength classification.

Quantum Series — Complete Forensic Framework

Combine the methods introduced throughout the curriculum within a complete investigation structure. Learners work through planning, evidence management, examination, timeline development, relationship analysis, reconstruction, quality review, and reporting.

The course route follows five broad stages:

Foundations → Evidence Structure → Investigation Process → Relationship Analysis → Complete Case Review

Earlier tiers introduce core terminology and documentation habits. Middle tiers focus on file activity, timelines, workflows, and source comparison. Later tiers bring several analytical methods together through extended fictional investigations.

Each course can be studied independently, although following the ascending route provides a consistent progression through the subject.
